Engineering Manager - Security Squad

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and implement a strategy to identify, report and tackle BlaBlaCar's most critical security risks
• ▹Implement a shift-left strategy and promote autonomy within teams through training, guidelines and tooling
• ▹Detect, investigate and respond to security incidents
• ▹Ensure security practices and frameworks are properly implemented across BlaBlaCar's business lines and locations
• ▹Work with stakeholders including the Legal/DPO team, IT Ops team, and Product & Engineering teams to keep products and user data secure
