Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop SIP/VoIP signaling
• ▹Handle RTP media flows
• ▹Build distributed backend systems
• ▹Develop event-driven architectures
• ▹Work on low-level networking and performance-sensitive components
• ▹Apply AI-augmented engineering workflows
• ▹Design clean interfaces between protocol handling, media, and API layers
• ▹Ensure reliability and operability: instrumentation, debugging, incident follow-ups
• ▹Optimize performance: latency, throughput, resource usage

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of professional experience (6-10 considered for exceptional system-level profiles)
• ▹Strong system thinking
• ▹Experience in distributed or real-time systems
• ▹Comfort near infrastructure layers
• ▹Autonomous, high-ownership mindset
• ▹Product awareness
• ▹Engineering school background
• ▹Based in Europe

Nice to have
