Responsibilities

• ▹Lead 3-4 month strategic consulting engagements for CIO/Data leadership
• ▹Secure IT, data, and AI transformation roadmaps
• ▹Frame strategies, roadmaps, and executive business cases
• ▹Actively contribute to business development: RFP responses, high-stakes pitches
• ▹Produce structuring assets: frameworks, benchmarks, methodologies
• ▹Deploy and spread OCTO's approaches across extended teams
• ▹Guarantee high quality standards on engagements

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting on IT, product, and organizational issues with C-level clients
• ▹Technical grounding enabling involvement in data, GenAI, and private/public cloud missions
• ▹Understanding of agile and product-mode organizational approaches
• ▹Deep understanding of CEO, CIO, and CDO strategic challenges
• ▹Strong strategic consulting culture with the ability to structure and present to an executive committee
• ▹Fluent English, spoken and written
