Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Business Transformation)

Responsibilities

• ▹Map current-state workflows and redesign target-state operations
• ▹Build working, AI-powered prototypes
• ▹Use working demos and prototypes as the primary tool for stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• ▹5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services roles
• ▹Demonstrated expertise in at least two of: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution
• ▹Proven track record building structured, evidence-based arguments to influence senior stakeholders
• ▹Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes
• ▹Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within client engagement constraints
• ▹Comfort working autonomously without a dedicated engineering team
• ▹Strong diagnostic mindset focused on root causes before solutions
• ▹Deep accountability to actual outcomes rather than static deliverables
• ▹Bias toward early proof over standard roadmaps
• ▹Experience in large-scale organizational assessments, process redesigns, or technology rollouts
