Website Software Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Own every stage of development for the company website, from concept to deployment
• ▹Build and maintain campaign microsites (e.g. the L&D Maturity Model)
• ▹Support acquisition channels (paid, content, partners, SEO/GEO) with high-performance, conversion-optimized pages
• ▹Integrate the website with the martech stack (Marketo, Wistia, Chili Piper, AI SEO tooling)
• ▹Take part in architectural decisions for front-end projects and audit new martech tools

Requirements

• ▹Interest in JavaScript technologies
• ▹Interest in marketing topics
• ▹Comfortable with algorithms
• ▹Working proficiency in English (B2 or equivalent)
• ▹Eye for design, ability to create intuitive, elegant interfaces
• ▹Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates

About the company

360Learning's R&D department includes 60+ engineers across 10+ squads; the Website squad (2 engineers, 1 PM, 1 designer) builds and maintains the company's marketing website, which is central to all of 360Learning's marketing efforts.
