Responsibilities

• ▹Design and maintain secure network infrastructure
• ▹Manage firewalls and security policies
• ▹Report on user complaints and critical milestones
• ▹Participate in cluster rituals (team ceremonies)
• ▹Ensure compliance with SLAs and deadlines
• ▹Collaborate with teams to define secure connectivity

Requirements

• ▹In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SMTP, etc.
• ▹Expertise in static and dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, STP, and QoS
• ▹Ability to define granular access control policies based on source/destination, ports, protocols and applications
• ▹Experience with zone-based policies, object groups, and policy hierarchies
• ▹Knowledge of platforms like Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point, etc.
• ▹Familiarity with Ansible, Python, or REST APIs to automate firewall rule deployment and audits
