Responsibilities

• ▹Help customers maximize returns on their Dynamics investment
• ▹Develop long-lasting, high-quality business relationships with clients
• ▹Work directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements and processes
• ▹Demonstrate the future-state solution in the context of Microsoft Dynamics CE365/CRM and related technologies
• ▹Apply specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics/CRM product suite to expand the solution footprint
• ▹Provide solution demonstrations
• ▹Develop original approaches to improve or replace existing processes
• ▹Design bespoke solutions
• ▹Document the Programme Solution Design
• ▹Support Lead Consultants in reviewing complex functional specifications
• ▹Act as single point design authority between Solution Architects
• ▹Guide and keep Client Programme Directors and Project Managers informed
• ▹Share knowledge with project team members and other Hitachi Solutions consultants

Requirements

• ▹Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE365/CRM solutions and integrations
• ▹Experience developing customized solutions for complex business problems
• ▹Demonstrable programme-level Solution Architect experience
• ▹Strong knowledge of solution and integration design
• ▹Relevant Microsoft certifications
• ▹Excellent documentation and communication skills
• ▹Logical problem-solving approach and structured change management
• ▹Ability to multitask and prioritize
• ▹Good interpersonal skills
• ▹Attention to detail
• ▹Willingness to travel to client sites or offices across Europe
