Responsibilities

• ▹Lead solution architecture for an S/4HANA-based transformation program (business processes, data and analytics, applications, technologies)
• ▹Define the solution architecture in business transformation projects: end-to-end design, integrations, data migration
• ▹Ensure technical solutions satisfy business requirements and future needs
• ▹Develop and implement an enterprise roadmap for SAP S/4HANA and new solutions, including the ERP non-functional roadmap and integration requirements
• ▹Provide leadership on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, digital platforms, cloud integration, API management, AI, advanced analytics and IoT
• ▹Ensure a well-defined solution architecture framework, delivering to time, cost and quality
• ▹Ensure adherence to solution governance and enterprise architecture principles
• ▹Participate in governance forums (Architecture Review Boards, Program Boards, Change Control Boards, Integration Management)
• ▹Take part in business development and pre-sales, including RFP and RFI responses
• ▹Manage and report on risks, dependencies and implementation status of solution architecture topics
• ▹Liaise with third-party providers and vendors
• ▹Manage internal consulting, third-party and contract resources

Requirements

• ▹Design and manage complete enterprise solutions
• ▹Extensive experience in a consulting company on large-scale SAP transformation programs
• ▹Proven delivery capability for large-scale SAP-based transformation programs
• ▹Practical application of project management methodologies (SAP Activate, Model Company, SAP Value Lifecycle Management)
• ▹Experience with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks, e.g. TOGAF
• ▹Considerable SAP solution architecture experience in large transformation programs
• ▹Agile-based design and delivery approach
• ▹Understanding of major data objects and SAP enterprise structures
• ▹Understanding of a range of SAP applications including S/4HANA (e.g. IBP, MDG)
• ▹Understanding of cloud, APIs, AI and IoT
• ▹Superior client interaction skills, able to influence senior business stakeholders
• ▹Superior problem management, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• ▹Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
