Technology Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and model the technology infrastructure architecture needed to develop, operate and evolve complex systems
• ▹Demonstrate the performance of proposed solutions through proofs of concept
• ▹Estimate the initial, recurring and evolution costs of the proposed solutions
• ▹Be accountable for the architecture and design choices that shape the design, delivery, operation and evolution of systems

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit
• ▹Ability to work in French, spoken and written
• ▹At least 8 years of professional IT experience
• ▹At least 5 years of infrastructure experience in at least three of these areas: network, virtualization, storage, servers, firewalls, backups
• ▹At least 3 years as a technology architecture advisor in at least two of those areas
• ▹Three mandates of more than 50 person-days each as a technology architecture advisor

• ▹SAFe certification
