Head of GenAI Platform

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Define the long-term vision and technical strategy for the GenAI Platform
• ▹Build the infrastructure powering image generation, video generation, model serving, orchestration, evaluation, and agentic workflows
• ▹Partner with Research to rapidly bring new models into production
• ▹Drive platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across billions of inference requests
• ▹Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Researchers
• ▹Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to align platform investments with product innovation

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience leading Machine Learning or AI organizations within product-focused companies
• ▹Experience building and operating large-scale AI platforms (model serving, orchestration, inference infrastructure, agent frameworks)
• ▹Strong technical expertise across Generative AI, Computer Vision, or Foundation Models
• ▹Experience growing high-performing engineering and research teams through hiring, coaching, and organizational design
• ▹A track record of translating ambitious research into production systems used by millions of users
• ▹Strong product instincts and excellent communication with Product, Engineering, and Executive stakeholders
