Canonical is looking for a technically-minded product manager for its open source AI/ML and data platform products (e.g. Kubeflow, MLflow, KServe). The role covers setting product vision and strategy, prioritizing development work, and driving business-technical collaboration.
Responsibilities
- ▹Set product vision and strategy
- ▹Prioritize development work
- ▹Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing teams
- ▹Oversee product lifecycle from conception to delivery
- ▹Analyze market and technology trends in AI/ML and MLOps
Requirements
- ▹Software engineering background
- ▹Strong leadership, communication and technical vision
- ▹Experience with open source products
Nice to have
- ▹Knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps, Kubeflow, MLflow, KServe
- ▹Experience with cloud and edge AI infrastructure
Soft skills
Strategic thinkingStrong communication skillsLeadership attitude
