Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate on 0-to-1 products: translate high-level strategic visions and AI capabilities into functional, market-ready software with the CEO and global leadership
• ▹Drive Fintech AI innovation: lead technical evaluation and implementation of emerging AI technologies and intelligent workflows
• ▹Balance speed with maintainability: pragmatic architectural decisions from quick prototypes to scalable systems
• ▹Own the full stack: backend architecture and systems design plus frontend interfaces
• ▹Bootstrap future teams: lay the technical foundation for incubation projects to grow into standalone product lines

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of software engineering experience, including Staff-level or technical leadership in fast-paced, greenfield environments
• ▹Strong product sense: looking at engineering through a commercial and UX lens
• ▹Comfort with ambiguity, independently mapping technical specs from high-level direction
• ▹Pragmatic, self-directed, outcome-focused problem solver
• ▹Deep backend and full-stack capabilities, including building frontend interfaces when needed
• ▹Clear communication of technical trade-offs to both infra teams and executives

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building software leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, or automated agent workflows
• ▹Experience in fintech, payments, multi-currency ledgering, or regulated financial systems
• ▹Prior experience as a founding engineer, tech lead of an R&D team, or technical co-founder
