Responsibilities

• ▹Co-author 0-to-1 products: turn raw strategic visions and AI capabilities into market-ready financial software in weeks
• ▹Embody the Product Engineer mindset: synthesize business requirements, regulatory realities, and technology, not just code to spec
• ▹Execute with velocity: run rapid proofs-of-concept with live users, balancing iteration with structural soundness
• ▹Deliver end-to-end solutions: from API design to frontend polish

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of software engineering experience with deep backend architecture and full-stack flexibility
• ▹Startup or R&D DNA: track record shipping products from scratch in high-growth startups or innovation labs
• ▹Sharp product and commercial intuition, evaluating technical decisions through a commercial lens
• ▹Pragmatic, resourceful attitude, finding creative paths around roadblocks
• ▹High tolerance for ambiguity, translating executive visions into clean, maintainable software

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building software leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent workflow automation
• ▹Fintech, payments, or compliance/money-movement experience
• ▹Prior experience as a startup founder, founding engineer, or rapid-prototyping team lead
