Responsibilities

• ▹Build, code and iterate on the MVP and subsequent versions
• ▹Technical strategy: choose the tech stack, design architecture, ensure security and scalability
• ▹Recruit, mentor and manage technical team members as the company grows
• ▹Collaborate with users and non-technical founders to define features based on feedback
• ▹Initially wear multiple hats, including DevOps, UI/UX and IT infrastructure
• ▹Other founder responsibilities such as business development, sales, marketing, fundraising and market research

Requirements

• ▹Proficient in the technologies and frameworks needed for the current product and its long-term technical vision
• ▹Can translate business concepts into clear, actionable technical requirements and product specifications
• ▹Able to lead end-to-end product development with co-founders
• ▹Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, operating lean and adapting to market feedback
