Responsibilities

• ▹Review requirements and resolve contradictions
• ▹Design cloud services according to existing architecture guidelines
• ▹Maintain cloud platforms
• ▹Document features, services and procedures cleanly
• ▹Coordinate directly with customers
• ▹Analyze technical problems and eliminate their causes
• ▹Support junior engineers and new team members professionally

Requirements

• ▹2 to 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in a cloud environment
• ▹Good practical knowledge of containers and cloud (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, OpenShift, SUSE Rancher, Helm, Argo CD)
• ▹Automation and IaC (Terraform / OpenTofu, Ansible)
• ▹Security (Vault / OpenBao, DevSecOps)
• ▹CI/CD and GitOps (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Argo CD)
• ▹Configure network services with firewalls and load balancers
• ▹Effectively protect workloads with standard hardening procedures
• ▹Debug microservices and design restart-tolerant setups
• ▹Create automated CI/CD workflows for efficient deployments
• ▹Confidently present tech topics in German and English
• ▹German and English at C1 level
