AI Automation Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and execute the AI automation roadmap across the organization
• ▹Map and redesign end-to-end processes to unlock automation opportunities
• ▹Identify and prioritize high-impact (20/80) leverage points
• ▹Build or orchestrate AI agents, LLM workflows and automation systems (RAG, APIs, pipelines)
• ▹Define governance, monitoring and performance frameworks for AI systems
• ▹Drive cross-functional adoption across Product, Marketing, Ops and Data
• ▹Lead technical decision-making, balancing innovation with scalability and reliability
• ▹Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting systems to measure impact
• ▹Improve workflows to accelerate time-to-production (2x speed)
• ▹Build, mentor and scale a high-performing AI team

Requirements

• ▹5+ years leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environments
• ▹Strong experience in AI/ML systems (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, MLOps)
• ▹Proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems
• ▹Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AWS or FastAPI, or similar
• ▹Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technology with business outcomes
• ▹Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics
• ▹Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• ▹Excellent communicator, able to translate complex AI concepts into business value
• ▹Strong ownership, prioritization (20/80) and execution skills
