Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement automated workflows across business and technical systems
• ▹Integrate third-party tools and APIs to streamline processes
• ▹Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities
• ▹Test, monitor, and maintain automations for reliability and accuracy
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• ▹Document automation logic and maintain a library of reusable workflows

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in workflow automation, integration, or process engineering
• ▹Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
• ▹Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML)
• ▹Basic scripting skills (JavaScript or Python)
• ▹Strong analytical and process-mapping abilities

Nice to have

• ▹Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into automated workflows
• ▹Familiarity with databases and data transformation
• ▹Background in business process analysis or operations
