Responsibilities

• ▹Define and build the technical architecture
• ▹Develop a mobile-first web or app MVP
• ▹Implement core features: QR-based entry experience, location-based content delivery, booking and payment flows via APIs
• ▹Iterate rapidly with real pilot customers
• ▹Stabilize and scale the platform
• ▹Integrate initial partners via APIs or manual onboarding
• ▹Support technical due diligence with investors

Requirements

• ▹Strong full-stack engineering background (e.g. React / Next.js / Node / Python or similar)
• ▹Proven experience building MVPs and scalable platforms
• ▹Product mindset: you think in solutions, not just features
• ▹Hands-on builder mentality with the ability to scale into a leadership role
• ▹Startup mindset: speed over perfection

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with marketplace models
• ▹Experience with booking and payment integrations
• ▹Experience with location-based services

About the company

The company is building a Digital Concierge Platform for 2–4 star hotels that turns every room into a sales channel for local services such as experiences, wellness and dining, accessed via QR code. The founding team consists of two experienced entrepreneurs.
