Lead AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Set strategic direction for the 6-12 month horizon, shape product operating models and governance, and make build-vs-buy-vs-partner recommendations
• ▹Define new product mechanics and revenue models, identifying and validating new revenue opportunities grounded in unit economics and customer insight
• ▹Architect an experiment-led culture by embedding rigorous experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing, rapid prototyping) into how teams work
• ▹Champion AI adoption across Product by developing reusable AI playbooks, workflows, and assets
• ▹Lead with data at every level: design product metrics and dashboards, and use financial, behavioural, and usage data
• ▹Drive company-level initiatives with P&L impact, owning programmes accountable for commercial outcomes
• ▹Work closely with Zego's Leadership Team on strategic decisions, lead cross-functional programmes, and mentor Product Managers
