Forward AI Deployment Engineer (FDE)

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate directly with customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise
• ▹Own the vision for AI operations implementation, building end-to-end workflows and taking them to production
• ▹Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical plans
• ▹Rapidly prototype AI solutions to demonstrate possibilities to clients
• ▹Engineer production-grade AI solutions with deep knowledge of AI tooling, architecture and deployment
• ▹Manage stakeholder alignment, proactively escalating issues and requesting support when necessary
• ▹Design and build LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems and custom data pipelines

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in AI/ML deployment and system engineering
• ▹Strong proficiency in AI frameworks
• ▹Expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation and AI agents
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Strong customer-facing presence and advisory skills
