Security Architect II (night shifts)

Responsibilities

• ▹Respond to platform and carrier issues in real time
• ▹Ensure the stability of a DDoS attack mitigation platform
• ▹Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks
• ▹Analyse customer traffic, applications and systems to tailor security solutions
• ▹Manage and document technical issues, responses and requests
• ▹Support customers in resolving network and connectivity issues
• ▹Communicate with customers about challenges and provide updates on mitigation and analysis results

Requirements

• ▹Experience with Internet technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS and web servers
• ▹Experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process
• ▹Proactivity and a sense of urgency, with a constant desire to learn
• ▹Good communication and collaboration skills
• ▹Written, verbal and presentation skills, including communicating complex technical content in English
• ▹Ability to work night shifts: 4 nights per week for 10 hours
