Senior Fullstack Developer 2.0 (PHP + React + Cursor/Windsurf)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Take part in building IT solutions from start to finish
• ▹Develop web applications: new features, bug fixing, refactoring
• ▹Contribute to the architecture design of new solutions and the development infrastructure
• ▹Do code reviews and safeguard the quality of delivered solutions
• ▹Continuously raise development process standards
• ▹Work closely with the team (developers, PMs/POs, QAs)
• ▹Keep code quality high and delivery pace fast, individually and as a team

Requirements

• ▹Excellent understanding of the business and the ability to turn business goals into simple IT solutions
• ▹Ability to use modern AI programming tools (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf)
• ▹At least 4 years of commercial experience with PHP and Symfony
• ▹At least 2 years of commercial experience with TypeScript and React.js or Vue.js
• ▹Knowledge of web application performance and optimization
• ▹Practical knowledge of containerized environments (Docker)
• ▹Practical knowledge of design patterns and good programming practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY)
• ▹Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
• ▹Ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
• ▹Accuracy and diligence
• ▹Fluent Polish

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of cloud application infrastructure (e.g. GCP)
• ▹Experience developing microservice architectures
• ▹Experience writing unit and integration tests
• ▹Commercial experience with Node.js / Nest.js
