Responsibilities

• ▹Represent Future Processing as a technical expert and consultant to clients
• ▹Define testing strategies and approaches for the organization, including standard test strategies and a vision for quality assurance
• ▹Influence the development of QA/QE standards across the company
• ▹Manage and oversee testing strategies: test planning, estimation, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting results
• ▹Work with the client (business trips included) and with the development team
• ▹Advise others and share knowledge
• ▹Take part in sales activities: support the Presales team and delivery Account Managers
• ▹Use Generative AI tools and techniques and support AI tool adoption in the team and process
• ▹Consider AI capabilities when designing architecture and making technology decisions

Requirements

• ▹At least 6 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year as a tech lead/solutions architect (must have)
• ▹Experience designing and implementing test strategies (manual and automated)
• ▹Fluent knowledge of Playwright
• ▹Use of Claude Code in daily work (AI-assisted QA)
• ▹Knowledge of application and system architecture
• ▹English at C1 level
• ▹High level of business awareness
• ▹High level of interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• ▹Openness to business trips and travel to the client
• ▹Practically daily use of at least one AI tool in development work (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar)
• ▹Openness to an AI-assisted software development process
• ▹Independence and ownership

Nice to have

• ▹Ability to build prompts and use LLMs consciously in analysis, design and code review
• ▹Experience integrating LLM models into backend applications (e.g. via the OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)
• ▹Knowledge of more than one AI-assisted development tool and the ability to compare their uses
