UI/UX Designer - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with product managers and developers to translate complex financial concepts into simple, elegant and usable designs
• ▹Conduct user research, persona creation and usability testing to guide product decisions
• ▹Design wireframes, interactive prototypes and pixel-perfect UI mockups for web and mobile applications
• ▹Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines
• ▹Incorporate data-driven insights, user feedback and business objectives into design iterations
• ▹Stay current with fintech design trends, accessibility standards and UX best practices
• ▹Collaborate with branding and marketing teams on cohesive digital experiences

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media or a related field
• ▹3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in fintech, banking or digital payments
• ▹Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, from research to high-fidelity prototypes
• ▹Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent design tools
• ▹Working knowledge of UX research methodologies, information architecture and responsive design principles
• ▹Strong understanding of fintech user behavior, micro-interactions and data visualization for financial products
