Senior Product Manager - Servicing Platform - Behavior & Identity Linking

Responsibilities

• ▹Defining the vision for a global platform that maps intricate behavioral patterns and associations between users from customer data, serving as a core intelligence layer for fighting financial crime and understanding customers
• ▹Leading the creation of a global, scalable behavioral data store that maps good and bad actors into a comprehensive graph revealing the visible and hidden associations behind financial criminals
• ▹Mastering the intersection of customer data, risk flags, and behavioral signals so risk teams can visualize illicit connections and automate trust at scale
• ▹Defining KPIs and the product roadmap, translating complex technical challenges into a compelling vision that balances detection accuracy with risk and user privacy
• ▹Communicating the strategy to key collaborators and aligning engineering, data science, and other teams on near-term milestones
• ▹Acting as a key collaborator on deeply technical topics, distilling the complexities of identity resolution into clear strategies aligned with Wise's mission
• ▹Working closely with growth and operations teams to help block bad actors
