AI Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat) and custom APIs
• ▹Build and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude) for business process automation
• ▹Integrate CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), support tools and internal systems for seamless data flow
• ▹Develop scripts and backend logic (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation use cases
• ▹Optimize lead generation, outreach and customer support workflows using AI tools
• ▹Monitor, troubleshoot and improve automation performance and reliability
• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across departments
• ▹Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends, tools and best practices

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in automation, software engineering or AI-related roles
• ▹Strong experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n etc.)
• ▹Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
• ▹Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks and system integrations
• ▹Familiarity with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI API) and prompt engineering
• ▹Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
• ▹Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems
• ▹Excellent communication skills for working in a remote, global team

Nice to have
