Senior Software Engineer - Fraud Handling

Responsibilities

• ▹Create an automated, efficient fraud investigation experience that minimizes friction for both customers and agents
• ▹Optimize agent workflows and queue structures to improve resolution speed and operational efficiency
• ▹Foster a strong partnership between fraud investigators and the product team
• ▹Implement AI-driven investigations to enhance accuracy and reduce costs

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience with Java/JVM-based projects and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Experience with Python (or willingness to learn)
• ▹Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar technologies
• ▹A strong product mindset and passion for user experience, prioritizing work with the customer in mind
• ▹Ability to work autonomously and take end-to-end ownership of projects
• ▹Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working with large language models in production
• ▹Understanding of machine learning concepts
