SAP MM Consultant AMS (Remote, Cluj/Romania)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP MM modules (procurement, inventory, material master, logistics)
• ▹Manage incidents, service requests and change requests within defined SLAs
• ▹Analyze issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions
• ▹Collaborate with cross-module teams (SD, FI/CO, PP, QM) to ensure end-to-end integration
• ▹Support system enhancements, optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP MM, preferably in an AMS or support environment
• ▹Strong understanding of procurement, inventory and logistics processes
• ▹Fluent German (C1) and good communication skills in English
• ▹Service-oriented, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of ITIL
• ▹Experience with S/4HANA
