Product Engineer role on the Feature Flags team at WorkOS, a developer-tools and API company powering enterprise readiness. Feature Flags is a set of APIs and UI that enable B2B developers to safely roll out, control and experiment with features across environments, customers and regions, helping customers ship confidently, reduce risk and accelerate their enterprise journey. The team's engineers obsess over developer experience and seek out feedback to inform the products they build. Successful candidates love taking ideas from zero to one and creating polished software experiences with modern tools.
Responsibilities
- ▹Design and engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences
- ▹Build a deep understanding of Feature Flags' place in the market and increase its adoption
- ▹Accrete developer trust by serving a highly available and secure product
- ▹Speak with customers regularly to get feedback, debug issues and remove points of friction
- ▹Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering and the go-to-market team
- ▹Work directly with leadership on greenfield ideas
- ▹Help recruit and assess future engineering team members
Requirements
- ▹5+ years of industry software development experience
- ▹Experience working on small teams in fast-paced environments
- ▹Background in crafting both polished UI/UX and API services end-to-end
- ▹Intellectually curious, independently driven and passionate about great products
Nice to have
- ▹Experience working on a feature flags platform or product
- ▹Experience with the WorkOS stack of TypeScript, React and Postgres
- ▹Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools or a related industry
