Responsibilities

• ▹Review Java problems and model-generated solutions
• ▹Judge correctness and code quality
• ▹Identify where the model's logic breaks down
• ▹Document failure patterns clearly enough that others can act on them
• ▹Flag whether a problem is well-specified and appropriately challenging for training purposes

Requirements

• ▹Deep fluency in object-oriented design, concurrency, JVM internals, data structures, algorithms and system architecture
• ▹Real-world Java experience, competitive programming, open-source contributions or technical writing
• ▹Ability to clearly articulate why a solution is wrong or weak
• ▹Successfully passing the preliminary Java-focused assessments
• ▹Own secure computer and high-speed internet
