Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages, hands-on experience with the Spring framework
• ▹A track record of writing clean, maintainable code and a strong belief in best practices like code reviews, open feedback, and continuous improvement
• ▹Deep familiarity with backend development, including databases (SQL/NoSQL), synchronous/asynchronous communication, and distributed systems
• ▹Experience with web development technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
