Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and ship core product features from the ground up
• ▹Make key architectural and technical decisions with long-term impact
• ▹Work closely with founders and leadership to translate vision into technical execution
• ▹Take ownership across the stack: front-end, back-end, infrastructure and beyond
• ▹Establish engineering practices, tooling and standards early on
• ▹Adapt quickly as priorities and requirements shift

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of software engineering experience, including early-stage or startup experience
• ▹Strong full-stack development skills and system design fundamentals
• ▹Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• ▹Excellent communication and ownership mindset
• ▹Track record of shipping and scaling products independently

Nice to have

• ▹Experience as an early engineer or co-founder at a startup
• ▹Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product development
• ▹Experience hiring and mentoring engineers as a team grows
