Fullstack Developer – System Modernization & Strategic Delivery

Responsibilities

• ▹Architect and design robust full-stack solutions from complex requirements
• ▹Develop new RESTful APIs over existing core Java systems using Spring Boot
• ▹Build and evolve dynamic, scalable user interfaces using Angular and PrimeNG
• ▹Implement a comprehensive testing strategy, including Playwright E2E testing
• ▹Own and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab CI/CD)

Requirements

• ▹Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable full-stack solution designs
• ▹Expertise in defining architectural patterns (e.g. microservices, layered architecture) for modernization and integration with existing core Java and legacy systems
• ▹Skilled in creating clear architectural documentation, flowcharts and technical specifications
• ▹Expert-level proficiency in Java (core concepts, data structures, algorithms), able to analyze and extend existing complex Java codebases
• ▹Solid experience building enterprise applications with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)
• ▹Strong ability to design, develop and consume RESTful APIs, defining and documenting them with the OpenAPI Specification (Swagger)
• ▹Master-level proficiency in Angular, able to re-architect existing Angular applications for scalability
• ▹Extensive experience with the PrimeNG component library, customizing and optimizing components
• ▹Implementing a comprehensive testing pyramid: unit, integration and end-to-end tests
• ▹Hands-on experience with reliable and fast E2E tests using Playwright
• ▹High-coverage unit and integration tests for Java/Spring services
• ▹Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices; experience designing, maintaining and optimizing GitLab CI/CD pipelines (build, test, artifact creation, security scanning, deployment)
