Solution Architect, Integration Partners GTM

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide sales engineering support: technical demos, proof-of-value execution and RFI/RFP responses
• ▹Support joint selling motions with partner sales and technical teams
• ▹Design, build and validate integrations between partner technologies and the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform
• ▹Work with partners' solution architects, sales engineers, product managers and engineering teams
• ▹Assist partners with evaluation and NFR environments: installation, configuration, troubleshooting and product training
• ▹Build and maintain partner demo environments and demo scenarios
• ▹Document integration patterns, best practices and reference architectures
• ▹Contribute technical content to the partner portal and integration catalog
• ▹Provide technical feedback to product teams based on partner experiences
• ▹Provide input to training content and act as technical liaison between internal teams and partners
• ▹Participate in security conferences and partner events
• ▹Track and report on integration health, adoption metrics and escalation trends
• ▹Design scalable, low-touch partner onboarding through automation and tooling
• ▹Identify and incorporate agentic AI solutions into integration and enablement workflows

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity, solution architecture or sales engineering
• ▹Experience working in or with a partner, channel or alliance ecosystem
• ▹Experience in a security-focused solution architect or sales engineer role
• ▹Ability to manage multiple partner engagements in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior executives
• ▹Professional proficiency in English
• ▹Ability to travel within EMEA and occasionally globally
• ▹Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows
• ▹Strong foundation in modern security platforms across several domains: endpoint defense, malware lifecycle, threat intelligence, security operations and incident response, endpoint management, cloud security, SIEM/SOAR/XDR integrations
• ▹Experience with at least one modern programming language: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++ or equivalent
• ▹Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhook-based integrations, scripting, MCP and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)
• ▹Proficiency in scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash and/or Python
• ▹Use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• ▹Familiarity with GDPR and EU data protection and sovereignty requirements for cloud and security integrations

Nice to have

• ▹Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
• ▹Experience with CrowdStrike SDKs: FalconPy, PSFalcon, GoFalcon or FalconJS
• ▹Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+
