As part of a global GTM analytics team, turns sales and marketing data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, partnering with EMEA stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- ▹Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership: align analytics initiatives with global business objectives, drive QBRs and shape investment decisions
- ▹Turn data into business outcomes: influence pipeline generation, conversion optimization and campaign ROI, presenting complex findings to executive stakeholders
- ▹Bridge business and technical worlds: collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance and Strategy teams, translating business questions into scalable analytical solutions
- ▹Maintain deep fluency in the data models, metrics and pipelines (SQL, dbt, Snowflake) powering GTM reporting, partnering with Analytics Engineering and BI teams
- ▹Amplify reach with AI and automation: enable self-service, natural-language AI tools (semantic models, text-to-SQL, Cortex Analyst) to reduce manual reporting
- ▹Champion data quality and governance
