Product Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery, with no proxy
• ▹Build end-to-end solutions across the stack, backend-heavy but without shying away from frontend fixes
• ▹Use AI tools daily for coding, QA and architecture decisions
• ▹Build AI-powered features and integrations: agents, LLM-based workflows, RAG systems
• ▹Help clients understand what is possible with AI

Requirements

• ▹Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP or JS/TS
• ▹Real, daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot or similar)
• ▹Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar), integrated into at least one real project
• ▹Comfort working directly with clients and stakeholders, able to run a technical conversation without translation
• ▹Full-stack capability: backend-strong, able to handle frontend tasks when needed
• ▹English and Polish, written and spoken, confidently

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building agentic systems, RAG pipelines or AI-powered automations
• ▹Familiarity with prompt engineering and context design
• ▹Consulting or product mindset, experience with not fully defined problems
