Responsibilities

• ▹Support customers on their transformation to SAP S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise
• ▹Deliver remote and onsite services together with experts for global customers, with focus on system optimization, conceptual planning, and empowering customers with the newest best practice knowledge
• ▹Analyze highly complex business processes, including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogeneous system landscapes, with focus on logistics and production processes in SAP PP, QM, DM and PEO
• ▹Continuously develop functional and technical skills in S/4HANA, SAP Industry Cloud and BTP solutions
• ▹Build strong networks within SAP and work collaboratively with others
• ▹Act as team lead for service delivery teams and escalation teams
• ▹Mentor and train Early Talents in the team

Requirements

• ▹SAP hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning, SAP PP-PI
• ▹SAP Quality Management
• ▹SAP Digital Manufacturing
• ▹SAP Materials Management
• ▹Integration knowledge either between S/4HANA and MES or between PLM and S/4HANA (PLMSI, PDMI, etc.)
• ▹Good understanding of manufacturing execution and assembly processes
• ▹SAP Master Data
• ▹Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Development, Support or Consulting in one of the expertise areas mentioned above
• ▹Practical experience in managing customers, SAP implementation projects, service deliveries and/or project management
• ▹Good communication skills with a convincing and friendly appearance
• ▹High-quality service mindset and the capability to perform well under pressure
