IT Contract and License Management Expert

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage and develop cooperation with IT service providers and software vendors and lead contract negotiations independently
• ▹Draft, review and optimise IT contracts, framework agreements and commercial contract solutions together with procurement, compliance and legal
• ▹Plan and support tenders for IT services, from the service description to contract signing
• ▹Support the procurement of hardware, software and external IT resources for projects and IT operations
• ▹Own IT license management: analyse license needs and optimise license costs while meeting compliance requirements
• ▹Advise business units on contract and license questions and keep improving processes

Requirements

• ▹Experience in IT contract management, IT license management or IT procurement, plus a good understanding of IT infrastructure, software and cloud services
• ▹Completed university degree or vocational training
• ▹Negotiation skills, strong communication and confident manner with internal and external contacts
• ▹Structured, independent way of working and a good overview across several projects
• ▹Analytical thinking, precise work and a good sense for numbers and economic relationships
• ▹Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Copilot
