Responsibilities

• ▹Analyse business processes and identify AI use cases
• ▹Develop AI strategies and roadmaps for clients
• ▹Advise on the selection and introduction of modern AI technologies
• ▹Design and implement proofs of concept and pilot projects
• ▹Build automations with large language models (LLMs), generative AI and agent systems
• ▹Work with business units, data scientists and software developers
• ▹Run workshops, training sessions and management presentations
• ▹Follow current developments in AI and derive new applications

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable field
• ▹At least 3 years of professional experience as an AI consultant, AI engineer, data scientist focused on AI, or in a comparable role
• ▹Experience with generative AI and large language models (e.g. GPT, Claude or Gemini) with deep technical understanding
• ▹Knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or comparable technologies
• ▹Understanding of how good offline AI works and what it requires
• ▹Experience analysing and optimising business processes
• ▹Strong consulting and communication skills
• ▹Very good German and English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with RAG architectures and AI agents
• ▹Good knowledge of machine learning and MLOps
• ▹Experience with AI models from common vendors and with open-source license models
• ▹Certificates in the AI field
