Binance's BigPay (Fiat) team is looking for a junior QA engineer to own end-to-end quality assurance from requirements review to release sign-off.

Responsibilities

▹Own end-to-end quality assurance for the BigPay (Fiat) business: requirements review, test planning, case design, execution, release sign-off
▹Lead cross-platform testing (App / Web / Backend / Admin)
▹Drive Fiat feature testing, including edge cases like weak network, stream drops, backgrounding and high concurrency
▹Maintain and extend the automation regression framework (Python + pytest + k6)
▹Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, compliance and operations
▹Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and the team's knowledge base

Requirements

▹1-3 years of QA experience at internet, fintech or payment platform companies
▹Automation testing experience (required)
▹Comfortable with agile release cycles
▹Able to independently own test coverage and review others' test cases and code
▹Python automation basics - can read, extend and maintain existing test scripts

Soft skills

Strong cross-functional communication, proactively flags risk rather than just reporting bugsStrong sense of ownership for quality, not just coverage numbers
