Lead Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct component and product integration, spanning multiple components and products for maximum performance and operability
• ▹Manage product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down
• ▹Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system-level testing
• ▹Define product requirements for module, component, subcontractor and partner teams
• ▹Manage the interface between components and execution organizations
• ▹Drive CTQ / risk trades within the teams designing the components
• ▹Manage the overall product configuration and configuration control system
• ▹Direct people management responsibility, including staffing and performance development
• ▹Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, may lead small, low-risk projects

Requirements

• ▹For roles outside the USA, this role requires advanced experience in engineering/technology and systems engineering, with knowledge comparable to a bachelor's degree
