Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Map creative workflows end-to-end: briefing, concepting, production, review, localization, activation, measurement
• ▹Identify operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities
• ▹Diagnose root causes of workflow friction (approval delays, handoff failures, tooling gaps, governance challenges)
• ▹Design future-state workflows balancing AI automation and human oversight
• ▹Configure and implement creative AI platforms and tools against production requirements
• ▹Integrate AI-powered workflows into DAMs, CMS platforms, marketing technology stacks and project management systems
• ▹Build prompt architectures, agent workflows, automation layers and quality control mechanisms
• ▹Develop working proofs of concept and production-ready solutions
• ▹Rapidly iterate and deploy solutions within active client engagements

Requirements

• ▹Background in creative technology, production engineering, content operations or applied AI within creative environments
• ▹Ability to work embedded within client teams, operating inside workflows rather than above them
