Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and deploy desktop and web-based applications for Windows, macOS and Linux

Requirements

• ▹Strong knowledge of Core Java: Java SE, object-oriented programming principles
• ▹Experience with Java 8+ features such as lambdas and streams
• ▹JSP and Servlets (must), understanding of the MVC design pattern
• ▹Experience with at least one Java framework (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate or Struts), dependency injection and aspect-oriented programming
• ▹Basic to intermediate JavaScript knowledge; familiarity with React, Angular or Vue.js a plus
• ▹Basic CSS knowledge; familiarity with SASS or LESS a plus
• ▹Hands-on experience developing and deploying desktop and web-based applications on Windows, macOS and Linux (must)
• ▹Knowledge of RESTful web services and APIs
• ▹Experience with IDEs such as NetBeans, Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA
• ▹Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience

Nice to have

• ▹Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle; ORM tools such as Hibernate
• ▹Version control experience with Git and platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket
• ▹CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins, CircleCI or GitLab CI
• ▹Containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms
