Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) (Full Remote - Europe)

Responsibilities

• ▹Interact with the Product Manager to review project specs
• ▹Prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and estimations
• ▹Hands-on code implementation, pull requests, code reviews, testing

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer
• ▹Experience in tech scale-ups or similarly agile, fast-paced environments
• ▹Experience on large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users
• ▹Fluent English, strong communication and collaboration skills
• ▹Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and NSFW content
• ▹Familiarity with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus), Tailwind CSS

Nice to have

• ▹Past experience or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps)
• ▹Experience working with globally distributed teams
