Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with teams across the business (revenue, product, finance, customer success and others) to solve real problems and drive data-informed decisions
• ▹Build impactful dashboards and visualizations while ensuring data integrity and validity
• ▹Use SQL and Tableau to extract and analyze data
• ▹Improve current analytical methods, speed up decision-making and support a data-driven culture
• ▹Work closely with the Data Platform team (data engineers and analytics engineers)
• ▹Example projects: an AI Web App Builder (Hostinger Horizons) dashboard tracking user growth, engagement and unit economics; analysing AI Website Builder users; measuring marketing impact; churn and retention analysis; improving Customer Success by analysing customer behaviour

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, finance analyst or similar role
• ▹Hands-on SQL expertise: writing queries, creating and optimizing dashboard models
• ▹Proficiency in data visualization tools (they use Tableau, but other tools work too)
• ▹A results-driven mindset: turning raw data into clear, actionable insights

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools
• ▹Python or R for data analysis
• ▹A/B testing experience or knowledge of statistical concepts
• ▹Product-related user flow analysis
