About the company

Reef Technologies is a fully-remote, senior-only team of Python backend engineers with 5+ years of experience, building complex distributed systems, APIs, databases and libraries for startups worldwide - including a financial data warehouse for a London fintech, a graph search system for Norwegian auditors, and a scalable WAF for a Chicago client. The team co-creates its policies using Sociocracy 3.0 and is distributed across Poland, Hong Kong, Romania, Spain and beyond. This role is recruited via Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency.
