Responsibilities

• ▹Build backend systems for the Entefy platform
• ▹Build and maintain intricate, event-driven systems
• ▹Build highly performant APIs to power data visualizations
• ▹Handle scalability requirements and performance improvements

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 3 years of demonstrable Node.js experience building intricate backend systems
• ▹Demonstrable creative problem-solving ability
• ▹Ability to quickly learn complex systems and new technologies
• ▹Working knowledge of system architecture and database design
• ▹Know-how dealing with building and maintaining complex event-driven systems
• ▹Demonstrable experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• ▹Ability to build highly performant APIs to power data visualizations
• ▹Experience dealing with scalability requirements and performance improvements
• ▹Ability to collaborate well with others
• ▹Strong communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Startup experience
• ▹Prior experience with Continuous Integration and test-driven development
