Responsibilities

• ▹Perform technical analysis related to power electronic and power systems control of renewable generation, battery energy storage systems, and large industrial drives
• ▹Support customers with power systems engineering expertise: modeling, analysis, equipment design and specification, failure mode analysis
• ▹Create, modify, and parametrize simulation models representing GE Vernova inverter-based resources (IBR) products such as wind turbines, solar and battery storage
• ▹Evaluate grid code compliance and impact of renewable projects in bulk power systems
• ▹Support development of transmission and distribution connected IBR and distributed energy resource (DER) products through participation in industry standards groups
• ▹Perform power system transient analysis
