Responsibilities

• ▹Support mechanical and electrical due diligence on prospective sites, colocation capacity, and build-to-suit opportunities under the direction of senior engineers
• ▹Prepare capacity calculations, equipment comparisons, and technical summaries that feed the pre-construction risk register
• ▹Help evaluate cooling and power distribution options against site conditions and load requirements
• ▹Assist in preparing Go / No-Go technical materials as projects advance through key development milestones
• ▹Support handoff of technically validated mechanical and electrical scope to the Delivery organization
• ▹Gather data, run capacity calculations, and prepare technical analysis that informs Go / No-Go decisions before deals close
• ▹Track action items, coordinate data requests, and prepare materials for senior engineers and the Development team

Requirements

• ▹Someone early-to-mid in their data center career who wants broad exposure across both mechanical and electrical disciplines rather than specializing in one
