IT Project Manager - Infrastructure (AMC & M&A/D)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead IT infrastructure project delivery for AMC and M&A/D initiatives: new site builds, relocations, closures, integrations, divestitures
• ▹Lead M&A/D integration plans, establishing Day-1/30/100 milestones, cutover criteria, rollback, and communications
• ▹Lead projects through discovery, design, build, test, validation, cutover, and closure, applying the IT PMO Project Management Methodology (PMM)
• ▹Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, and contingency plan
• ▹Maintain the integrated project plan and track milestones
• ▹Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and decisions, escalating as needed
• ▹Manage financial forecasts and report on budget variance and scope changes
• ▹Coordinate infrastructure activities: network, end-user computing, collaboration tools, data center or cloud services, telephony
• ▹Orchestrate network, voice/Teams, server/cloud, endpoint, print/scan, AV, identity, and security readiness for Day-0/1/100 milestones
• ▹Partner with ITSM stakeholders to plan and execute changes and cutovers
• ▹Work closely with IT Real Estate, Workplace Services, Cybersecurity, and M&A/D leadership
• ▹Identify and manage project risks, with a focus on security, timing, and third-party dependencies
• ▹Track project financials (Capex/Opex) and report against approved budgets
• ▹Provide clear, timely status communication to regional and global stakeholders, including executive-level updates
• ▹Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• ▹Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
• ▹7-10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in a global, multi-site/multi-regional environment
• ▹Direct experience supporting facility moves, site openings/closures (AMC), or M&A/D IT integrations or separations
• ▹Proficiency with IT project management governance and ITSM Change Management
• ▹Strong vendor management, communication, and cross-functional leadership
• ▹Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies (networking LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Wi-Fi, identity/SSO, endpoint imaging, printing, AV, server/cloud (Azure), security/segmentation); familiarity with ERP connectivity a plus
• ▹Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
• ▹Proficient with the Microsoft 365 tool suite
• ▹Ability to translate standards into process, templates and tools
• ▹Strong English verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels
